Irish Restaurants in Denver

Irish Restaurants in Denver
Denver is not only the capital city of Colorado but it is also a golf lover's dream. Denver has dozens of golf and country clubs all over its metropolitan area including Indian Tree Golf Club in Westminster and Aurora Hills Golf Course in Aurora. Denver is also full of authentic Irish restaurants where you can feel like you've escaped from Colorado and ended up somewhere near Dublin. Denver is the perfect place to visit while on a golfing excursion, and while there, you can enjoy one of the following Irish restaurants.

Fado Irish Pub and Restaurant

Fado Irish Pub and Restaurant is an authentic Irish pub near Denver's Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies. It is a perfect place to sit down and have a drink with your golfing buddies, especially after completing a round or two at Denver's Overland Park Municipal Golf Course. While at Fado Irish Pub and Restaurant you can try Fado's original recipes like a Guinness BBQ chicken sandwich, or Irish, traditional meals like a homemade shepherd's pie. No reservations needed, Fado is an uber-casual establishment where you can watch football (soccer) and drink lots of beer on tap.

Irish Snug Restaurant and Bar

Irish Snug Restaurant and Bar is a little restaurant located in Denver's Capitol Hill district but it packs a lot of Irish authenticity and charm. When you wrap things up at the Spring Hill Golf Course then just drive right down Colfax Avenue into downtown Denver and come into Irish Snug Restaurant and Bar, order a Guinness and try either a corned beef and cabbage entree or a spinach and goat cheese penne if you're watching your figure. No reservations are required at the Irish Snug, so just come in and ask for a seat at any time of the day.

Irish Rover Pub and Restaurant

The Irish Rover Pub and Restaurant has only been around since 2002, which means it's relatively new. However, the newness of this restaurant does not take away from its value. This restaurant is a festive, happy-go-lucky, party-with-friends kind of a place with no dress code and no reservations. Irish Rover serves great food and even better beer, and is the perfect place to go celebrate after beating the links at the Los Verdes Country Club or any other golf course in town. With such delicious and inexpensive dishes as Irish nachos or Scotch eggs, you'll enjoy every minute you spend at the Irish Rover Pub and Restaurant.
