El Rio Golf Course is an older course in west Tucson that is perfect for those who enjoy a short game. In 1968, the City of Tucson acquired this former country club as a location for public use. The course is flat with many trees and small greens, and is ideal for new golfers just beginning to learn the game. Del Urich Golf Course
Del Urich is a newer course that opened in central Tucson in 1996. It is a par-70 course known for its changes in elevation and scenic tee boxes. It is a course of extremes and challenges. This course has a championship rating of 71.5 and a slope of 130. Because it is located on the Randolph Golf Course campus, it is part of a 36-hole complex allowing those who seek longer games a chance to play extra holes.

Fred Enke Golf Course
Fred Enke Golf Course, located in southeast Tucson, features huge tee boxes, large greens, lots of bunkers and many sand traps. The turf is limited, as the course is semi-arid and looks very much like the surrounding landscape. Native plants make up the desert-like setting and challenge the most experienced golfers. Silverbell Golf Course was built in northern Tucson along the flat, west bank of the Santa Cruz River. It opened in 1979.
