Cisco, Utah, and its surrounding countryside, offers beautiful views of red rock cliffs and desert, but it's not exactly the first place that comes to mind when thinking of golfing destinations. Fortunately, thanks to modern irrigation techniques, there are several golf courses near Cisco (which is actually a ghost town), so even in the desert you'll want to have your three wood.

Red Cliffs Lodge
In 2009, Red Cliffs Lodge was named Best Hotel in Utah at the "Best of State" awards in Salt Lake City. The rooms capture the energy of the rugged outdoor environment of Utah with solid log furniture and desert colors in the guests' rooms. But while the hotel's design is rustic, its amenities are modern. Each room is a luxurious mini suite with a microwave, refrigerator, and separate kitchen and dining area.
