Lexington, Massachusetts Restaurants
A historic suburb of Boston, Lexington is a short ride to the city and has a wide selection of restaurants, hotels and golf courses. Lexington has become a popular business destination for the more affordable lodging, proximity to the city and easy transportation options to downtown Boston. Several daily-fee courses are scattered across the local terrain; expect to navigate heavily wooded courses like Pine Meadows, Lexington CC, and Stone Meadow Golf Course.

Via Lago Gourmet Foods

The cafe at Via Lago serves homemade pasta, soups, sauces and fresh baked goods daily. Via Lago serves lunch and dinner, and has seasonal menu options, like its fall menu's wood-grilled salmon with apple cider nage. Via Lago has a full menu of take-home hors d'oeuvres available by the dozen, in case you want to pick up dinner on the way back from a round at Pine Meadows. The Via Lago menu takes advantage of local seafood and blends Italian, Latin and comfort food staples.

Vinny T's

A popular local chain, Vinny T's is a family-friendly Italian and American eatery known for its large portions. The decor aspires for Boston's North End and New York's Little Italy, with checkered print tablecloths and classic Italian music. The "Lexington Minuteman" newspaper recognized Vinny T's as the Best Italian Restaurant, Best for Steak and Best for Dinner.

The restaurant opens at 11:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 11:30 a.m. on Sundays and serves lunch and dinner daily. Lunch portions are scaled down from their famous dinner plates, and are meant to feed a single person. Dinner portions are meant to be shared family style.

Vinny T's can host large parties and offers a La Faminglia menu specifically for parties of 10 or more.

Lexx Restaurant

Lexx aspires to be a "21st tavern," pushing a community bar and grille and at the same time trying to push the menu further. Fried calamari, macaroni and cheese and cheeseburgers are still on the menu, but they are joined by Thai vegetable bowls, pumpkin and sage ravioli and grilled portabello burgers. Lexx uses fresh, local seafood to create unique dishes like their lobster quesadilla with quacamole and peach salsa.

The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Lexx's wine list features over 30 wines by the glass or bottle, and they have a full bar with half their taps dedicated to local micro brews.
