Timba
Timba is a high-concept nightclub and lounge styled like a rural loft, replete with open ceiling beams. Open from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m. from Wednesdays through Saturdays, you can start the evening with a relaxing cocktail before a live DJ begins spinning the latest Top 40 hits. Separate dance and lounge areas let you mingle at the speed you want. Classic cocktails and well drinks are available. If you're feeling adventurous, try a Hawaii-themed drink. Examples include the Parrot Bay Passion, made with fresh passion fruit, cranberry juice and spicy red peppers.

Moose McGillycuddy's
Moose McGillycuddy's first opened on Maui's west coast in the early 1980s and has grown to be a landmark destination in Maui's nightlife scene. By day, it's a restaurant serving sandwiches and burgers. The evolution starts during its daily happy hour, which kicks in from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A DJ takes the stage around 9 p.m., completing the switch to one of Maui's oldest nightclubs with the restaurant's seating areas turned into two dance floors.
