The Frog and the Peach
The Frog and the Peach restaurant in nearby New Brunswick is well known in the area for innovative modern American cuisine. The building itself originally housed printing presses for The Home News, the local newspaper, and was carefully renovated to a mulitlevel space by the husband-and-wife team who own the restaurant. The Frog and the Peach has acted as a training ground for many talented New Jersey chefs, with its accent on clean flavors with global accents. The unusual name of the restaurant, The Frog and the Peach, comes from a Dudley Moore comedy routine.
