Bringing a pet on your golf trip does not mean you have to give up the luxury casino experience. Located just off the Strip at Flamingo and Koval, the Westin Casuarina has 826 guest rooms and a 20,000-square foot casino. Each room comes with a mini-bar, flat-screen television, separate living and working areas, and two bottles of water per stay. Hotel amenities include a full-service spa with sauna, fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the Westin except for the casino. Pets must weigh less than 40 pounds, and both a refundable damage deposit and non-refundable cleaning fee must be paid.

Staybridge Suites
For golfers with large pets, the Staybridge Suites extended stay hotel may be a good choice. Most pet-friendly hotels limit the pet's weight to 25 or 40 pounds, but Staybridge allows pets up to 80 pounds with the payment of a non-refundable cleaning fee. Standard rooms include a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cookware for two. Suites have a full kitchen, sectional sofa, washer and dryer, balcony, separate living room and dining room. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour fitness room, free wireless Internet access, free daily breakfast buffet, swimming pool and two heated outdoor spas.

Boulder Station
If you are only bringing a small dog and have access to a car on your golf trip, you can enjoy the casino atmosphere at a lower price at Boulder Station. This hotel only permits dogs under 40 pounds, and there is a one-time cleaning fee charged per stay. Boulder Station also is a great place to bring your children, with an 11-screen movie theater and the Kids Quest play center. Kids Quest has several activities to keep your kids entertained while you visit the casino, including an arts and crafts work space, indoor playground, video games, and karaoke stage. The staff is trained in first aid and CPR, so you know your kids will be safe. There is a five-hour time limit, and you must provide your child's immunization records.
