Pittsburgh is a city in southwestern Pennsylvania that was built around where the Allegheny and the Monongahela rivers join together to form the Ohio River. The city is the second largest in Pennsylvania and has three major professional sports teams, including the Pittsburgh Pirates, who play in major league baseball's National League. The Pirates' home is PNC Park, which has spectacular views of the Allegheny River and the Pittsburgh skyline. There are numerous hotels around the ballpark and a few allow pets. The Hilton allows pets up to 75 pounds for a $75 fee (as of 2009) in a limited number of rooms and you will receive a welcome package that includes a travel tote, organic treats, waste bags and a bottle of cleaner for pet stains.
