Orlando Executive Golf Courses

By Kate Evelyn

Orlando Executive Golf Courses
The Orlando, Fla., area is known for its amusement parks, including Universal Studios, Gatorland and of course, Disney World. It's also a popular location for business meetings, which helps explain the prevalence of executive golf courses. These golf courses are low in par and quick to play, which can help you enjoy the links and quickly get on with your day.

Legends Walk Course

This nine-hole course at the Orange Lake Country Club has a par of 27. It's a walking course with a wide variety of holes, ranging in length from 85 yards all the way to 222 yards. Its rolling hills wind between a series of resort villas surrounded by pristine landscaping. Each hole has five different tees so golfers of any ability can play and enjoy themselves. The course is open day or night thanks to artificial lighting. It is five miles from Orlando's center, near the MGM Studios theme park.

Tooth Golf Course

If you want to try an executive course meant to be just as challenging as a championship 18, try Tooth at the Orange County National Golf Center. It has bunkers, a lake that features on four holes and rolling hills. With a par of just 29, this course is a great training ground for both young golfers and adults who are new to the game. If you're vacationing with your family, you can bring your kids for free. This course is 20 miles from Orlando's center.
