Located between Gulfport and Biloxi on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the Gulfport-Biloxi Regional Airport (GPT) is served by American Eagle, Continental, Delta, Southern Skyways and USAirways. Rental car agencies Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National are on site. The airport has a single terminal with complimentary wireless Internet access throughout. Located 67 miles east of Gulfport, American, Continental, Delta, Northwest and USAirways have commercial service into the Mobile Regional Airport (MOB). Alamo, Avis, Budget (adjacent to the airport), Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and National rental car agencies have counters at the airport. There is a single passenger terminal and two parallel runways, the longest of which is 8,502 feet. The airport is also the base for the Coast Guard Aviation Training Center in Mobile.

Located 75 miles southwest of Gulfport, the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is serviced by most major and discount commercial carriers and welcomes private planes in a separate terminal area. The airport has three runways, the longest of which is 10,104 feet. Passengers are served in a single four-concourse terminal and Terminal C handles international charter flights.
