The Canterbury Golf Club in Cleveland, Ohio, is situated in the heart of the city on South Woodland Road. The club features a full 18-hole course with a 15-tee driving range and an on-site bar and restaurant. The course is a par-72 layout of 6,900 yards that was opened in 1922 and features an ASGCA design. The Canterbury Golf Club was ranked by Golf Magazine as one of the 100 best courses in the country in 2005, and by Golf Week as one of the top 100 pre-1960 classic courses in the United States.

The Shaker Heights Country Club in Cleveland is also located just off of South Woodland Road, just minutes from the Canterbury Golf Club. The course features a 12-tee driving range and an 18-hole championship course layout that offers golfers 6,600 yards of fairways on Bent grass with a par of 72 and a slope of 133. The course was opened in 1915 and designed by the productive Donald J. Ross of the ASGCA.

The Beechmont Country Club in Cleveland is located just a mile from Interstate 271, and only blocks from the Landerwood Plaza Shopping Center. The course is one of the many classic courses in the city, opened in 1920, and features a Stanley Thompson design of 18 holes, 6,700 yards and a par 71. Designed by an ASGCA member, the course also includes 20 driving range tees and a practice green and chipping area.
