What started out as an old west mining town has turned into one of the infamous towns in the country. Best known for its gunslingers and trigger-happy lawmen, Tombstone, Arizona today is a place where the west comes to life. But, don't go thinking it's all about the old west because there are over a dozen courses within 20 miles of Tombstone, including the Turquoise Hills in Benson and the Mountain View Golf Course in Fort Huachuca. But, if you're looking to stay where the west was wild, Tombstone's the place.
