Pearl, Mississippi, is a small city east of Jackson. There are several shops downtown and a few spots to go at night for entertainment. Its real draw is its convenience to Jackson and a smaller town atmosphere. Another draw for golfers is the Niknar Country Club, which is right outside the town. The small city is also close to Jackson Evers International Airport.

This hotel is about a mile from the golf course, but it is also only about three miles outside of Jackson, Mississippi, so it is convenient to both.

The Holiday Inn Express is another chain hotel that offers extended services. The Holiday Inn Express in Pearl has a free hot breakfast in a cafeteria-style setting, a lobby with a glass foyer area, a pool and meeting rooms. Room decor is more classic than modern. This hotel is also about a mile from golf and it is just a few miles outside of Jackson. The Bass Pro Shop is a few blocks from the hotel as well.

La Quinta Inn
La Quinta Inn also offers extended services, including a free breakfast, free wireless Internet access, laundry facilities and a pool. This hotel has a shuttle to the airport, cable TV and small kitchen areas with microwaves and refrigerators in each room. There is also a small fitness area. Rooms are decorated in a little more modern style than the Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is a bit farther south of the main road to the country club, but it is still less than two miles away.
