This restaurant offers a pub atmosphere with authentic Irish cuisine and imported whiskey and beer. Located in the West University and Rice Village area of Houston, Brian O'Neill's also provides entertainment such as traditional live Irish music and dancing. Pub favorites include the sirloin shepherd's pie, cod fish and chips, Baja tacos, Texas chicken fried chicken and the roasted corned beef and cabbage served with buttered red potatoes, carrots, braised cabbage and a creamy horseradish sauce.

Irish Pub Kenneally's

This family friendly Irish restaurant is one of the few Irish restaurants in Houston that offers a Chicago-style pizza--and it's a favorite among patrons. Other menu items include the Reuben with corned beef and sauerkraut, cheeseburger platter and corned beef sandwich. Appetizers include homemade potato chips, Irish nachos and cheddar stuffed jalapenos. Kenneally's also offers weekly traditional Irish entertainment.

Shay McElroy's Irish Pub

The Irish restaurant is located in downtown Houston and is adjacent to a Metro train stop. The pub is small, but offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, and serves Guinness on tap at the 19th century bar that was shipped from Ireland. The menu offers tradition Irish pub fare, such as Irish nachos, bangers and mash, shepherd's pie and soda bread.
