Two-Day School With Jim McLean
Imagine a two-day program featuring Jim McLean as your primary instructor, assisted by his personally trained Master Instructors. Jim's school offers a 2:1 Student/Teacher Ratio, which is one of the lowest ratios you will find at any school. The program features 10 hours of personalized golf instruction from one of golf's finest teachers. Students will work on finding and perfecting their Powerlinesm and Safety Zonesm. Breakfast and lunch each day are included with this school.

10 hours of instruction. A comprehensive two day program with complete full-swing instruction, plus additional reinforcement on the short game. School features five hours of instruction each day and includes digital video swing analysis each day. 3:1 Student/Teacher ratio.

Two-Day Short Game School
10 hours of Instruction. The Short Game School is in-depth short game instruction designed to lower your handicap. You will spend both days working on your entire wedge game, including lob, chip, pitch and bunker shots. We will also take a detailed look at your putting game: long, short and pressure putts. This school will leave intermediate to advanced level golfers with stroke saving skills for every aspect of the short game. 3:1 Student/Teacher ratio.
8:00am - 1:00pm daily.

Three-Day Fundamental School
12 hours of instruction. This program is perfect for learning the skills necessary to become a better player. It covers all aspects of the game, including the long game, chipping, pitching, bunkers, putting and more. Spend the morning with our instructors on the lesson tee and the afternoon on the course or just relaxing at the Spa. This school includes digital state-of-the-art video swing analysis. It is the perfect school for guests wanting half their day free for the other pursuits at the resort or the surrounding Phoenix area. You're finished at noon each day. 3:1 Student/Teacher ratio.

Three Day Player's School
19 hours of instruction. Our most popular school. In addition to extensive instruction at our private practice range and SUPERSTATION®, students will receive valuable on-course instruction. This Player's school includes 2 rounds of golf and digital video swing analysis. Each school features a Lead Instructor with many years experience at the Jim McLean Golf School. 3:1 Student/Teacher ratio.

Three Day Women's School
This three day 14 hour program is designed exclusively to accommodate women beginners as well as skilled golfers. Our female Master instructors complement our Lead Master Instructors to provide the most efficient and competent teaching and coaching. We guarantee that we will build your confidence and improve your golf game. With the exception of the afternoon of the second day, your afternoons will be free to enjoy all the luxurious amenities of the La Quinta Resort and Club. This school features nine holes of on course instruction on the second day**. Our staff of instructors focuses upon all aspects of the game; including the long game, chipping, pitching, sand bunkers, putting, golf shot management, and developing a sound practice program. With a 3:1 Student:Instructor Ratio, each student is assured of compelling attention. Included is a take home personalized digital video swing analysis on a CD/DVD or VHS tape.
**An optional full spa treatment after the school's second morning session is available in lieu the on course instruction.

Personal Professional for a Day
Spend 90-minutes on the lesson tee in the morning with your own golf professional. Enjoy a general video analysis of your swing. Your instructor will expertly guide your practice session with regards to that video evaluation. He or she will prepare your short game and fine tune your putting skills. Then, how about a break for lunch? Your instructor will join you offering game management wisdom and answer any golf related questions you may have. After lunch and a brief warm-up, learn and enjoy while you play 18 holes of golf on any one of The Wigwam Golf Resort & Spa's three championship golf courses with your own private golf coach. 7 hours total, includes greens fees.

Design Your Own Golf School or Program
Jim McLean Golf Schools will customize a golf school for any group of four or more participants. You determine the number of hours per day and, or if you wish to include an instructional round of nine or eighteen holes of golf with our teaching professionals. We will customize our focus towards whatever aspect of the game of golf you are most interested in. Very special attention will be paid to your individual needs just as we do in all of our Golf Schools.
