This school is for the aspiring junior golfer looking to improve his/her long game, short game and mental game with an emphasis on course management. The program is structured to prepare juniors for competing successfully at a national level. The combination of range and on-course instruction will teach students to practice and play golf more efficiently. Offered only during the summer, this school is an intense week-long program. Call for dates and availability. Must be age 12-17 and have a handicap of 15 or less.
This program has been a huge success, with an average handicap improvement of 6.5 shots per student. Many of our juniors have competed successfully on the national level. The following juniors who have been ranked #1 in America attended the McLean Golf School for instruction:
Cristi Kerr, Erik Compton, Tyler Leon, Liz Janangelo and James Vargas.

Junior Summer Camp (Available at Doral Resort)
The Jim McLean Golf School, the #1 rated golf school in America, is proud to present its second annual Junior Summer Golf Camp.
Our professional staff will provide quality instruction to all children and ensure they will have fun while doing it. We provide instruction in all four areas of the game of golf; long game, short game, rules, and management game. The mornings will consist of instruction & games. Midday there will be a break for lunch and a cooling off period at the famous Blue Lagoon pool which features a water slide and waterfalls. The afternoon, weather and course availability permitting, will be on-course instruction. Lunches can be purchased at the school (need to know beforehand on what days) or campers are recommended to bring their own lunches. Water will be available for all campers througout the day. This is a great way for kids of all ages and skill levels to make friends in a safe and fun environment and learn about the game of golf.

Jim McLean Golf Academy is proud to present our third annual Junior Summer Camp.
It is our goal to run the best junior program in the world. Our staff will provide quality instruction to all kids and ensure they have fun while doing it. We provide instruction in all four areas of the golf: Long Game, Short Game, Mental Game and Management Game. This year we have added a new teaching system for children called "Snag." Fabulous for developing children new to the game. There will be skills testing each week and on-course instruction. Lunch and prizes will be provided in all camps.

If you children are serious about their golf and want to develop a college level game, then this is the tour to play. We compete at many college golf sites and our FCWT morrors the actual college season. That means you play the golf courses during the time the collegiate golfers play.
