What We Believe at The McGetrick Golf Academy

Strong golf performance begins with a strong body.

Improved flexibility, endurance, and balance absolutely impact the quality of an individual's golf swing.

Golf-specific exercise reduces the risk of injury.

Customized programs meet the diverse needs of individuals by building on their strengths and addressing their shortcomings.

A team approach gives McGetrick golf students a complete solution that focuses on the mechanics of the swing and physical demands of the game.

What Others Believe About Fitness Training for Golf

I am a tournament golfer in Colorado. My search for the "next level" led me to Stacy. Since working with her, I've noticed longer tee shots, more balance in my swing, increased ability to focus, more flexibility and (for me) a surprisingly calm reaction toward wayward ball flights! My handicap is currently a 3.8. Stacy builds my strength and stamina and, along with that, self-confidence. I definitely recommend her Fit for Golf regimen.
Lynn Larson

I practice less golf, and I spend more time in the gym. But I know that if my body is in good shape, I'll be able to swing the club the way I want to.
Annika Sorenstam

For two years my wife and I have been training with Stacy. She incorporates many exercises that help in our golf with strength and balance. Her training has also helped increase our distance.
Jerry and Karen Myers

A lot of what I've been able to accomplish in golf is the direct result of becoming physically stronger.
Tiger Woods
