Has had a life long passion for golf and is currently Vice President of Business Development. With over twenty years of Sales and Marketing experience, Thomson has led multiple divisions to out performance with companies like Mike Data Corp, Global Crossing, Microhouse International and Dynamic Data Systems, in addition to having his own consulting firm. He was also Vice President of Business Development for GolfTec, a nationwide chain of advanced golf swing learning centers.

Corporate Event Success Story
McGetrick Golf hosted a Corporate Event for Mike Data on Monday, April 25, 2005. Bob Beckes, Sr. Vice President, and school participant wrote us the following thank you:
“A HEARTY THANK YOU”
My group meetings this week have preoccupied me from expressing my heartfelt thanks to you and to the McGetrick Golf Academy for an outstanding job of hosting our golf outing this past Monday. The purpose of the event was for my group to show appreciation to some of our key business partners and vendors for their contributions to our success. The unanimous response from them has been that they thoroughly enjoyed the event and appreciated being invited. So "mission accomplished"! And I thank you.
I think it is particularly impressive that the event had such a positive impact, in light of the rather blustery and chilly weather on the day of the event. But those factors were totally overcome by the hospitality and professionalism shown by your team. Everyone was impressed with the individualized treatment they received, even down to the pros remembering their names. Of course, we'll have to see if they still appreciate the event after seeing their swings on the video capture analysis!
