Texarkana Golf Ranch in Texarkana, Texas was designed by Jim Fazio, Jr. Construction was conducted by Hank Haney Golf, Inc. and personally overseen by Hank. Hank Haney Golf Ranch in McKinney, Texas was designed by Pete Dye and Hank Haney. Construction was conducted by Hank Haney Golf, Inc. and overseen by Hank. The "original golf ranch" of all facilities designed and built by Hank.
