To keep up with the popularity of golf, there are thousands of golf-themed novelty items on the market. Ranging from useful and handsome to silly, X-rated and outrageous, golf gifts are popular giveaways at tournaments, gag gifts between friends and holiday presents for loved ones.
Maybe you know a guy who needs a hollowed out "club" to thrown in his bag for emergency on-course urination. And as luck would have it, that product is available—as are items such as nudie golf tees, potty putters (something to do while on the throne), golf wine caddies, singing golf bags and golf balls that giggle, explode and wobble around the green aimlessly.
Step 1: Calculate the taste factor. Some golf novelties are very crude. When you are buying a gift for somebody, consider his sense of humor. If you are in charge of buying novelties for a tournament, proceed with caution: In today's world, many people are easily offended.

Step 3: Visit the major sporting goods and golf stores in your area. Although you may not find a wide selection of golf novelties, you may get some ideas.
