How to Improve Your Golf Game With a Shiatsu Chair Recliner
By Marc Jenkins
Golfers are always looking for an edge. Whether it's the latest revolutionary golf club or gadget on the market, newfangled practice drills or analyzing their weaknesses through video technology, they have all been tried. Now there is a new aid for golfers, a Shiatsu Chair Recliner, and its health benefits could pay dividends on the course.
Instructions
Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Before you begin your round sit in a Shiatsu massage chair for at least 15 to 20 minutes, allowing your muscles to become loose. If you fail to stretch properly, it could result in poor performance or injury, or both.
Spend five minutes cooling off, drink some water and head for the golf course. Now you are ready to play, and the chance of you straining or pulling any muscles is less likely.
After the round, return to the Shiatsu chair for another 15- to 20-minute session. This will give your muscles time to relax. Finish by drinking more fluids.
Tips & Warnings
Lift small weights to improve arm strength while sitting in the Shiatsu massage chair. About 20 repetitions of curls with each arm should do.
Be sure to read the directions. The chair is electrically powered and failure to observe all safety instructions could cause bodily harm.
