Cleveland CG10 Black Pearl Wedge - Golf Equipment Review

  • Cleveland CG10 Black Pearl Wedge

Cleveland's successful CG10 line (introduced last year) gets a new finish in 2005 for not only an outstanding look, but also improved performance. All CG clubs are made from a new material called Carbon Metal Matrix, which features 17 times more carbon than traditional carbon steels. The result is a less-dense metal for heightened vibration dampening and a rich, soft feel. The unique Black Pear finish reduces glare to a minimum without compromising the club's feel and ability to be bent for custom purposes. The finish is much more than a paint job, requiring sophisticated nickel and chromium electroplting, layer coating and particle evaporation.

Specificity In Training Make your golf training very specific by hitting one ball to a specific target in game like conditions rather than twenty random balls
Cure For Fat Shots: Ball Position Having a ball position too far forward or back can cause you to change your swing plane and hit fat shots
Ideal Impact Position Proper impact is by far the most important part of the golf swing, you must make contact with the ball and the ground at the same time with a square clubface in order to maximize your distance and accuracy
