The course is better after the 2019 microburst when 100's of trees were lost. Greens are smooth and turf is better. Good layout and walkable. Play moves fast and not pricey. Recommended.
It's been a little behind the last several years but under new management things are getting better . Give it a shot you might like it!!

Played this course last week in a scramble. The course was still utilizing forward winter tees and the greens had recently been aerated. This is one of the cheaper courses for a round of 18 in the metro area. With that last point in mind you get what you pay for. Slow, worn out greens that do not heal well from aeration, tee boxes that are hard and spoty and very slow play. Course has some personality on the back nine where water comes into play, but it's not worth going out of your way to play. The driving range right outside of the golf course is owned by someone else and is a fantastic flat, grass range.
You get what you pay forNot a bad course. Gets a lot of play so tees get pretty worn out by Fall. Interesting layout, every hole is different. No bunkers but, plenty of trees. Wouldn't travel over an hour to play it.
There's absolutely nothing to recommend this course. 1. Amenities consist of hot dogs. 2. Difficulty pertains to breathing the stench of burning trash from residents neighboring the course. 3. Maintenance results in brown fairways and divots galore. 4. Scenery consists of stray dogs roaming around. 5. Value is in realizing this is not a place where anyone would ever want to return. 6. Overall: abominable.
