We were really looking forward to playing this course - enough to drive a couple of hours to get there. Unfortunately, it was not worth the gas money to get there. The course was in really rough shape. There was no grass to speak of in any fairway, and for that matter I could not tell where they were anyway. The greens had been recently punched, but someone dumped about a truckload of sand on each one, making it pretty challenging to putt. Overall, this could be a pretty nice course if someone took care of it. Until then I don't think we will make another trip there.
Overall my and my buddy, that drove two hours to play here, were severly disappointed. There wasn't even a sign showing where the entrance was. You couldn't tell where the fairways started or stopped. When we called to make the tee time, they didn't bother to tell us the greens had just been punched. which is fine except there was way to much sand on them, to the point where you could't see the grass. The saving grace of this course was everyone we met there was extremly nice. We could tell this course was a shadow of its former self. We will not be returning.
