Greens like Berber carpet, fairways nice too, several creek crossings, mostly flat lay out, with a little elevation change on a few holes and some doglegs but little water or traps. Super friendly staff and a good value. I rated maintenance high because it is all done by volunteers, and done very well too! Only 9 holes, but two sets of tees/flags per hole, at least gives you 2 looks at each hole. Set in a beautiful valley just off the coast. I'd love to go back sometime.
