Played the course on an membership intro pass. Nice layout but not spectacular, won/t fault the course conditions based on playing after a rainy day preceding play. However, a number of greens were in poor shape, missing grass, sod patch work, etc. I have the feeling the course was going downhill when Childress purchased it. There were signs of improvements, tree removal, new drains. However, there are other public courses in the Triad that offer better conditions.
