Just played this course again and I must say it is in the best condition I have seen over the last three years. The fairways are plush and closely mown to provide a good lie. The rough is heavy and punishing as it should be. The greens are putting true and are lightning fast. The cost was only $38 on a Saturday morning...best bargain in NW Indiana. The staff is extremely friendly. And talk about scenic and tranquil. The course is a little off the beaten path but well worth the drive.
New ownership and a rainy summer have this place in pretty nice shape. $25 weekday and $35 weekend are reasonable, and a $20 twilight rate is a great deal. This course is fun to play and has beautiful scenery. A very good course that is hopefully improving. Tee boxes do need some attention though....possibly redone.
