Cherokee Ridge Golf Course, Colorado Springs, CO

Cherokee Ridge is a nice little 9 hole course with an adjacent 9-hole par 3 course. The regular nine are a great place for beginners, or for 4-somes with mixed skill levels. Relatively flat for a course in Colorado Springs, it offers a good mixture of shot types, but isn't overly long, so the average golfer won't get frustrated. The greens are below average in contour and maintenance. The single digit handicap player can play here with others of less skill, but should be prepared to focus on working on specific elements of their game, as this course won't challenge those with great skill. The green fees are very reasonable, and the new grass driving range is very nice. Clubhouse is nice, but small. Very good place for family golf.
