Very deferred maintenance on the buildings. As soon as you pull up all you say is the paint peeling off everywhere. The covered walkway up to the doors is covered in spiderwebs and dirt from the last 10 years. Definitely not the feeling you expect at a “country club”. Amenities Closed due to “Covid”... still yet everything else in the world is open... even the YMCA.
