It's cheap, I'll give it that. $25 for 18 includes cart. The course is pretty beat up. You could make it fairly challenging by playing the gold or black, but there were at least 3 holes where they just let those tees become unplayable with over-growth.
Greens riddled with crab grass. Saw the beverage cart once the whole time. Pro shop is a ghost town. Definitely don't plan on eating anything there.

Doesn't really play as long as the score card. You will be hitting alot of hybrids/3 woods if you are a better player. Greens roll good. Good price.

Played here with our regular 4some was very pleased. Course is in terrific shape. Very nice layout, only slight drawback is there are alot of houses on the course but none are close enough that they actually come into play, just spoils the scenery a bit but its still a great course.The greens are excellent and vary from huge to small, rolled a bit slow but were very soft and receptive.. Well worth the 20 minute drive just north of Tampa in Lutz...Rates are very affordable especially in the afternoons if you can stand the heat...

Have been playing here regularly for 3 years now and have never had an unpleaseant experience, from making the tee time over the phone until taking the cart back. Staff has always been great.
