Summit Country Club

After the first four holes, I found little interest in this course. As it wandered away from the clubhouse, it became more interesting with tree lined fairways. But it was the back nine that really caught my attention. Holes 14-17 are some of the prettiest holes you will find anywhere. 14 winds through the woods...15 has a beautiful pond in front...and 16 and 17 both contain a meandering stream bisecting both fairways adding a touch of strategy. Tall pines also dominate the back nine. As stated...18 is a major bore of a closing hole...never have seen such an uphill tee shot in over 100 courses. I would definitely make a trip back to at least play the back nine again on a summer (flowers) or fall (leaves) day. Maintenance crew very proud of their course (as they should be).

What a great course. You can use every club in your bag.Very hilly course the greens were average speed the bunkers and fairway awesome.Overall great day.You have 17 great holes and close with a crazy uphill disapointing 18 that was the only bad part of the day I will be back for 25 bucks

Nice course, hilly, take a cart. Lots of power lines on the course. Challenging with the varying heights of tees to green. #18 is UPHILL. Blind tee shot. Good course to play but would not drive over an hour to get there. Maintained suprisingly well by staff.
