I was kind of disappointed here. Played in late July of 2008, and considering Penn State has a Turf Grass Management program, I was expecting a little better for my money. Tee boxes are kinda beat, fairways were chewed up, greens were OK though. Regardless of the landscape, this course does test your skills.
If you can only choose one of the PSU courses, I'd choose the Blue course.
