Played the South 9 and the West 9. The course was in fair condition and well taken care of. Staff was cool. Water and bunkers are laid out to make this short par 70 course more challenging. Water tucked in next to the greens challenging your accuracy. Few blind tee shots , it helped having someone tell us what to expect. If you are long hitter and you spray your driver you will hit the homes. Fairways are nestled in between homes which are white stake OB. I was there in Oct and the greens were super slow. West course was even slower almost Velcro. A little tricky dialing in two diff speeds of greens per 9. But they are true. Took some time to re calibrate the brain, we had to smash our putters to get the ball rollin. They have a grass driving range below and a trap. No GPS in the carts, course markers are visible for general distance. The course is a pleasure to play, not tough but still a challenge, good for all skill levels. Hole 14 par 4, lined with water, this signature hole is great, good place to snap a few photos.
