Greens are challenging. They have added bunkers and are making a lot of improvements. The course has greatly improved over the years!

Short course where the fairways are like playing in your backyard where the grass is cut short. Small creeks running through the fairways at very questionable distances. Greens are very sloped but a decent speed. Plenty of places to hit a good shot and end up in a very bad place. Land short of the green and you should expect to run quickly through the back of the green. Land on the front of the green and expect to stop quick or run back off the front edge.

Decent public course. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Only a couple of holes of interest. A lot of up and back, and wide open even though Ii was spraying the ball today. Greens had been aerated and are slow in general. The price, though, is perfect for a round. I would say quick round, but it was 4-1/2 hours on a late Friday morning/early afternoon. Need a ranger to move people along. I may play here again, but would prefer to spend a few extra bucks for a more interesting course - of which there are plenty in the area.

The length of the golf course is actually 6014 yards. We have
recently renovated the interior, added a beer license, added bunkers, and improved tee boxes. Come see us in person and on the web at

Great value. A short but challenging layout. Previous reviewers seemed to feel that one can spray the ball with impunity, I think not. The rough is an issue as are some strategically placed trees. Greens are a bit small and typically somewhat slow
