Interesting course: not as long as its brother across the road (Presidential), and the course rating/slope indicates it should be easier, but I found the lay-out more challenging and the individual holes more enjoyable/interesting. This is a somewhat tight course, but unlike its pricier sibling, it provides more opportunities for recovery shots and isn't so completely dependent on having your swing in perfect sync the day you happen to play. The course has a nice variety of holes with different characteristics, requiring the use of strategy in shot/club selection and ball placement. Condition is generally good with receptive fairways -- much better than the Presidential's rock hard landing strips. This course is a very good value, and its lower fees should in no way make folks think this is the second-rate of the two courses.

An unbelievable golf course for tournament play. Worth every cent. Maintained excellently and is very pretty. Very narrow and offers a great challenge. Greens are tricky but manageable. However the driving range isn't big enough for drivers so they are not allowed to be used.

A nice course with some difficult holes. It is usually well maintained, and a great place to play an after work round. Great value, and challenging. Many holes require very straight shots off the tee, but some breaks are worked into the course so you don't feel like your not having fun.
