Deer Creek Golf Course

This is the best course I have played so far in this area. It has lots of challenges and a variety of challenges. Very scenic. Just a beautiful course and well maintained.

Great course for the money. $14.50/9 w/cart or $29/18 w/cart. A couple months this summer (2008) they offered a $18/18 w/cart special. Really nice staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They once gave me a rain check after I sprained my knee on #11 and had to leave. Not the courses fault but they gave me a rain check and I never even asked for one.

Also, one of the few cheaper courses who water all their fairways. We had a decent drought last year and are starting one now, and both times the tee boxes, fairways, and approaches were always well watered and not hard at all.

The course is usually well-maintained although not the most difficult. They are adding some sand traps and look to be narrowing the approach on some greens.

Greens and fairways in good shape but course was too easy and cart paths left a lot to be desired. Nice staff but we would not go back
