we have payed this course twice, the first time i thought they were just fixing it up, then we payed it a second time, and it was just as bad, for the price it is not worth it, it is a challenging course though, they need some money and someone that can get it up and running, fix the greens etc.

Tons of work going on throughout the course. They are trying to get the course respectable. Conditions were at best- fair. Overall a disappointment for the price tag of $80 per round. Felt like I got $35-40 in real value.

Easy course. Narrow fairways with tame rough. Would play there again if the price was below $50.

I live in Henderson and play this course at least once a month. The course has been under major reconstruction to resolve issues with the greens and fairways. In late 2008 this effort will hopefully pay off big time. But for now it's still a work in progress.

But, having said that the most difficult hole in the Las Vegas area lurks here. I use lurk because the ninth hole will absolutely attack the unwary. Any shot to the right of the 150 pin will find the water and any shot over 200 yards will be just as wet. That leaves an appraoch shot of 160 or more yards to a small green surrounded on three sides by more water. Think Sawgrass without the benefit of teeing up the ball.

There's also some long par threes that call for excellent tee shots to make par. The par fives are fun because they are long but can be reached in two with two excellent shots.

I like the course and when the issues are resolved this could be one of the best munies in the west.
