Decent layout, with spotty fairways. Some are very nice, some are not and a bare in places or they have crab grass. The greens are slow and a little bumpy, but they run true, strangely enough. If you play bogey golf or better, play from the black tees.

too much crab grass, greens are slow, which is easier for high handicapper, restaurant/bar not great

My main complaint are the greens. Way too slow. The grass is patchy and uneven. Ball never rolls true. The fairwaysare ok, but used to be better. Marshall's do nothing but ride around. The clubhouse and bar have changed hands about 3 times since I've been playing hear and gets worse every time.
