What an absolutely fantastic course. From the time you enter the parking lot to the time you finish the last putt on 18 is an awesome experience. The club house is historic and beautiful and the history surrounding the course is unbeatable. The course itself is very cool, with some highlights being the putting green also being the 1st hole tee box and the shared fairway on 18/14. While not overly long, the course is very well bunkered and the greens are beautiful and quick. The holes on the back nine were incredible, with views of the Atlantic City skyline and tee boxes jutting out into the marshes. Some highlight holes were 16, a 400 yard par 4 with a tee box in the marshlands. The entire right side of the hole is waterlined and the left side is bunkered. The 11th is a very difficult 390 par 4 with very little landing area due to bunkering all over the fairway. This hole was where the term birdie originated. A must- play and one of my favorite public courses ever.
