Pebble Creek Par 3 Golf Course, Indian Trail, NC

The Pebble Creek Golf Course is a fun 18-hole executive course that will sharpen your short game skills.

Unlike most par-3 courses where a full round is just playing the same nine holes twice, Indian Trail is a true 18-hole course. The variety of holes is great and it's a nice range from 87 yards to 177 yards long. There is only one tee option on most holes, but the 10th hole (132 yards or 195 yards) and 18th hole (120 or 177 yards) have a closer tee for beginners.

The club has charm from the cozy pro shop to the landscaping on the course. While the greens are lush and very well kept, the rest of the course is a little rough in spots. The course gets quite muddy anytime it rains, so be sure to bring an extra pair of shoes for the drive home.

The par-54 course is 2,252 yards overall, so younger golfers and newbies won't be overwhelmed. Don't be fooled by the distance, though. The course isn't overly easy, so you will have many opportunities to brush up on your short game. Play this course often and you will see an improvement in overall score on regulation golf courses.

While there is no driving range, a putting green is available for practice before your round. The staff is very friendly and will help you find your way around.
