I played this course today (11/9/09)..and it was packed!! Of course for the price ($20/18 holes W/Cart)..I''m not surprised! I have never played the course....and I was unsure of distances and where the hazards were..that kind of stuff. The course is pretty hilly...but you expect that from the name (it has Mountain in it!) The front nine is on one side of the road..and the back nie on the other. The greens were fast...even for Nov....and they were small...so you had to bring your A game..or have a fantastic short game...which today I had neither. What would help play immensely is to put signs up that show the hole and the hazards on the hole. For example...on the 14th hole...I hit my driver..and got up there and found my ball on the downslope almost in the hazard. I would have hit my 3 wood if I''d known the distance. THis also comes into play on other holes as well...esp on the back nine. I thought the course was well maintained and fun to play. I wish it had played faster...but I was in no rush...and it was a beautiful day out. Good Course...Great Price....and a definite play gain rating!!

Great course for the money. Kept up very, very well!

Pretty good course, great scenery. The only problem was the lack of maintenance. Greens were super fast, which made this course tougher than it really is.
