I have been playing here for years and right now the condition is pretty good. The greens are smooth and true and the traps are full of good sand. The course is tough if you play by the rules long par3s and short par4s with OB to keep you honest. This course is fun to play at a good price and getting a tee time is easy,we played 36 holes in 6 hours with a cart for 66 bucks and my buddies want to go back next week, thats the best review I can think of.
