Played this course on the 4th of July. The pace gets a little slow in and around the par 3''s. Most of the staff is super nice. One guys was pretty condescending when my partner showed up late for his tee time. Tee boxes are lush for the most part, fairways are in decent shape as well. Most of the greens are easy and flat. I do remember a couple of two tiered greens which were the hardest ones on the course. Pretty good value for the money.

Great layout, well maintained, and wonderful veiws. The wind -- which was blowing upwards of 15 - 20 MPH the day I played -- really changed the dynamic of the course. Very large and difficult greens means you need to have the flat stick working to score well. Hole 10 and 11 incorporate views right along the Cheasapeake Bay, and the exposed nature can really make them difficult based on the wind. Overall, a great course to play.
