Strawberry Valley Golf Course

Very short course but some of the fairways narrow toward the green to create a small opening in which to hit thru with trees on each side. 2nd and 3rd holes are pretty long. Water underneath low hanging power lines is kinda crappy on one hole. 2 par 3's in a row, 1st one very short, 2nd one longer with a bunker guarding the front. Lots of mounding in some of the fairways. Well manicured for such a cheap muni course. This is a good practice course for someone new to golf.

This course is a hidden gem on the South Shore. Although most of the holes are short they are difficult requiring accruacy off the tee. Powerlines come into play on one hole but a narrow fairway with trouble on both sides is more your concern. A great course for a quick 9.

This is a crappy 9 hole course.

I can usually find something to like about a course, but this is an exception. When there are power lines cutting across the fairway that can come into play, I consider that very negative scenery. It is close to the main road near it as well. I would recommend it if you are new to the game and want to find a place that will be cheap.
