I wish I had known about this course earlier in the season as I would have played there more. The staff and all players were very friendly and courteous. It seemed like a lot of retirees like to play here. Two groups allowed me to play through while they were standing in the middle of the fairway? which seemed strange to me as I''m used to having a group wait at the next tee. Not too difficult, rolling fairways and has many holes that reward those with huge RH draw bomb drives. Fall rate was $48 to ride and i think $30 to walk it. I''ve played at a lot of courses that cost pretty much the same or a little more and weren''t half as nice. I was very pleased overall and will definitely be back next season quite a bit.

Hillview is a fun round of golf. Not overly challenging, you can feel like you had a good game more often than not. Yes, the back nine is more difficult than the front and it can be slow on the weekends. All in all, Hillview is well maintained and excellent value.

Typical Municipal Course. Nothing special. Played on a Saturday and had a 5 hour + round. Seems to attract a lot of hackers and newcomers to the game. Must say I never heard from the neighboring holes the four letter word (both “fore” and the other four letter word) more than on this course. With all the errant balls, the last two holes, because of their setup, can be dangerous.
