unbelievable course for the value

This course just lays out so nicely. Greens and fairways are always in great shape too, and it's not packed on Sunday's (big plus!). One of my favorite holes is the short par 4 second. It's drivable, but the green guards the pin with three tiers from left to right (middle, low, high).
