make sure that no rain has fallen at least 3 days prior to playing, otherwise a slow and soggy walk. Seems pretty well put together other than that, good price for value.

The course is trickey. With small mostly flat greens with just a little break. The course cannot take a lot of water which leaves it soggy for a week after a heavy rain. The greens are best in the summer after the poanna dies. Because the course is soggy, don't expect a lot of roll. It is watered to excess which makes the course wetter instead of letting it dry out.

good nice municipal golf course. Not very difficult or long yet therer are some holes that make you think about your next shot. The course is normally in pretty good condition but the greens are normally pretty slow. For $40 with a cart, its a pretty good overall value.
