Small improvements, but still poorly maintained, no sprinkler system for the fairways, resulting in burnt, dead grass, except for crab grass. But it's cheap $10-15 for 9 holes [$20 w/cart]. Was probably a nice course in it's day. A nice pece of land, too bad.
