Initially, I had apprehension on the difficulty level given that this is a Pete Dye's designed course. But I was pleasantly surprised and felt comfortable playing in the middle of the round. Except for the deep rough on the first cut which is caused by torrential rain in the past week, this is a very fair course, with water hazard and bunker coming into play at selected holes, making players weigh on the risk-reward options. I certainly enjoyed playing this course and look forward to coming back in the near future.
