The 18-hole "Balsam Mountain" course at the Balsam Mountain Preserve facility in Sylva, North Carolina features 3,534 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 35 . Designed by Arnold Palmer/Ed Seay, ASGCA, the Balsam Mountain golf course opened in 2007. Doug Hoffman manages the course as the General Manager.
